Guests are welcome at BNI Upper Canada. There is no better way to understand what Givers Gain looks like in practice than to sit in the room for one meeting.

What to Expect
The flow of a meeting.

Arrive early
Come 10–15 minutes ahead of start time. Open networking happens before the agenda begins — it is the easiest place to meet a few members before the room gets structured.

Open networking
Grab a coffee, introduce yourself, and tell a few members what you do. No pitch required — just a conversation.
- 03
Member presentations
A couple of members will present on their business in more depth than the usual weekly introduction, so you get a real feel for how the format works.
- 04
60-second introductions
Every member gives a one-minute rundown of their business and what a great referral looks like for them. Guests are welcome to introduce themselves too.

Referrals in action
Watch members report the business they passed to one another that week — this is the mechanism that makes the room valuable.

Closing
The meeting ends on time. Stick around afterward if you want to talk to members one-on-one about what you saw.
